SparePart.pk Vendor Payout Policy
Transparent, Automated, and Secure Bank Transfers
At SparePart.pk, we believe that when you make a sale, you should never have to chase down your money. Our digital marketplace operates on a fully automated payout infrastructure designed to process vendor payments securely, predictably, and transparently.
Please review our standard payout cycle and procedures below.
1. The Payout Cycle & Timeline
To protect both the buyer and the seller, funds are held in our secure escrow system until the transaction is fully complete. Your funds follow this timeline:
- Delivery: The item is successfully delivered to the buyer by our courier partner.
- The Return Window: A mandatory 7 day buyer protection window begins the day the item is marked "Delivered."
- Funds Cleared: Once the 7-day window closes with no disputes opened by the buyer, the funds are officially cleared.
- Payout Day: Cleared funds are automatically transferred to your registered bank account on our weekly payout day (e.g., Every Tuesday).
2. Commission & Fee Deductions
SparePart.pk operates on a frictionless, pay-when-you-sell model. There are no monthly subscription fees or listing charges.
- All platform commissions, marketing fees, and payment gateway charges are automatically deducted from the total sale price before the payout is initiated.
- You will receive a detailed digital statement in your Vendor Dashboard for every payout cycle, breaking down the exact sale price, the deducted commission, and your final deposited amount.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
To ensure automated and secure transfers, SparePart.pk only processes payouts via direct bank transfer (IBAN).
- During registration, you must provide an active, valid 24-character IBAN.
- Identity Match: For fraud prevention, the title of the bank account must exactly match the CNIC name or the registered Business Name associated with your SparePart.pk vendor account. We do not process payouts to unregistered third-party bank accounts.
4. Payment Holds & Disputes
Our system is designed to reward high quality sellers. However, payouts may
be temporarily paused under the following conditions:
- Active Disputes: If a buyer opens a return ticket within the 7-day window claiming the part is defective or incorrect, the funds for that specific order are frozen until the dispute is
resolved. - High Cancellation Rates: If a vendor repeatedly cancels orders due to poor digital inventory management, SparePart.pk reserves the right to hold upcoming payouts to cover potential
buyer refunds or platform penalties. - Fraud Investigations: Any suspicion of selling counterfeit items or attempting to bypass the platform's secure checkout will result in an immediate payout freeze and account suspension
pending investigation.
5. Minimum Payout Threshold
To ensure efficient processing, automated bank transfers are triggered once your cleared funds reach a minimum threshold of Rs. 1,000. If your cleared balance is below this amount, the funds will roll over to the next weekly payout cycle.
