Protecting Our Digital Infrastructure and Buyers

SparePart.pk is committed to providing a highly secure, reliable, and legally compliant marketplace for automotive, industrial, and hardware components. To maintain the integrity of our platform and protect our buyers, we strictly prohibit the listing and sale of certain items.

As a Verified Seller, it is your responsibility to ensure that your digital storefront complies with this policy. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, permanent bans, and the freezing of payout funds.

1. Counterfeit and Unauthorized Replicas

Maintaining buyer trust is our highest priority. The sale of fake, replica, or "copy" parts is strictly forbidden.

• Fake OEM Parts: You may not list aftermarket or unbranded parts and label them as "100% Original Genuine" (e.g., selling a generic oil filter in a counterfeit Toyota or Honda box).
• Misuse of Brand Names: If a part is aftermarket, the brand must be clearly stated as "Aftermarket" or "Third-Party Replacement." You cannot use registered trademarks to
  mislead the buyer.

2. Hazardous and Flammable Materials

Because SparePart.pk relies on standard nationwide courier networks, we cannot transport dangerous goods that violate national shipping laws.

Explosives & Flammables: Loose battery acid, unauthorized industrial chemicals, highly pressurized combustible gases, and industrial explosives are strictly prohibited.

• Toxic Substances: Any unregulated toxic chemicals or hazardous waste materials that require specialized hazmat transport cannot be sold through our standard digital checkout.

3. Stolen and Illegal Goods

SparePart.pk cooperates fully with local law enforcement.

• The sale of stolen automotive components, stripped vehicle parts from illegal sources, or industrial machinery obtained unlawfully is strictly prohibited.
• If a vendor is found utilizing our infrastructure to distribute stolen goods, their digital storefront will be immediately terminated, and their verified identity details (CNIC) will be
  handed over to the relevant authorities.

4. Misrepresented "Kabli" or Used Parts

We allow the sale of high-quality used, imported, or "Kabli" parts, provided they are categorized with absolute transparency.

• Condition Falsification: Listing a used, refurbished, or repaired component as "Brand New" is a direct violation of our trust policies.
• Used parts must have accurate, high-resolution photographs of the actual item being shipped, not a stock image from the internet.

5. Non-Industry Items

SparePart.pk is a specialized marketplace for hardware, tools, industrial, and automotive components.

• Vendors may not upload unrelated retail items such as clothing, groceries, cosmetics, or unrelated consumer goods to their storefronts.

Enforcement and Penalties

Our vendor management team conducts routine digital audits of all active listings. If a vendor is found in violation of this Prohibited Items Policy:

1. The offending product listing will be instantly removed.
2. The vendor will face an immediate account review, which may result in a permanent ban from the SparePart.pk infrastructure.

Any pending financial payouts will be frozen to cover potential refunds to affected buyers.
