SparePart.pk is Pakistan’s premier multi-vendor digital marketplace. When
you place an order, you are purchasing directly from independent, heavily
vetted spare parts distributors, wholesalers, and specialized shop owners
across the country. SparePart.pk provides the secure technology, the payment
infrastructure, and the buyer protection for the transaction.

Our marketplace features both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts
and high-quality aftermarket alternatives to suit different budgets. However,
we maintain a zero-tolerance policy for counterfeit items. Vendors are strictly
mandated to accurately label the brand and condition of their parts. If a
vendor misrepresents an aftermarket part as "100% Original," they are
permanently banned from the platform, and you are fully refunded.

Yes. Your capital is 100% secure. SparePart.pk operates an escrow-style
payment system. When you pay online, we hold your funds securely in our system.
The vendor does not receive your money until the part has been successfully
delivered to you.

Because we operate a multi-vendor marketplace, your items are shipped
directly from the inventory of our verified sellers. If you order a Honda water
pump from a vendor in Lahore and a set of tools from a vendor in Karachi, they
will be dispatched from two different locations and will arrive in separate
packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Verified vendors are required to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours. Once handed over to our courier partners, standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days for major cities, and 4 to 7 business days for regional or remote areas.

You are fully protected under our Buyer Protection Guarantee. If a part arrives physically damaged, dead on arrival, or does not match the digital listing, do not install it. Take clear photos, contact our support team within 7 days, and open a dispute. SparePart.pk will step in as the mediator and enforce a replacement or a full refund directly from the vendor's account.

No. To protect our vendors and maintain the integrity of technical components, we do not accept "change of mind" returns or returns for parts that were ordered by mistake. It is strictly the buyer's responsibility to verify the exact part number, specifications, and vehicle/machinery compatibility before checking out. Furthermore, any part that has been installed, altered, or damaged during installation by a mechanic is strictly non-returnable.
